Precision Ag, Inc. is an agronomic consulting company developed to assist cotton and wine grape growers optimize their production goals by reducing production costs and maximizing profitability. It is our goal to help growers reach their production goals through practical hands-on consulting practices using both traditional production methods and new cutting-edge precision farming technology. Precision Ag, Inc. is the ONLY full service cotton production consulting company in the San Joaquin Valley, and the ONLY consulting company who can bring all aspects of precision farming together to work seamlessly for both cotton and wine grape the growers.
We are headquartered in Templeton, California and serve production areas in the San Joaquin Valley from Kern County to Fresno County, and the Central Coast wine producing regions. The company was founded in 2003 by Lowell J. Zelinski, Ph.D. who has 25 years of agronomic experience and specializes in irrigation and soil fertility.
Zelinski received his master's degree in ag science from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and his doctorate in soil and water science from U.C. Davis. He is well-known throughout California for his cotton production expertise and through his work has brought many changes to cotton production practices in the San Joaquin Valley. He is currently gaining recognition for his cutting-edge expertise in wine grape production and precision farming techniques.
